After we spent some time playing with our neighbors and their two dogs and two kiddos last night, we were sitting around the living room. Maeve looked kinda thoughtful, then said:
"There's no dogs here."
To which I replied, "Nope."
"Just Daddy."
"Just Daddy."
At which point I laughed uproariously. So she said it over and over, to make me continue to laugh. That kid of mine comes up with some doozies.
