It's the sound of me writing my blog post, all alone, with the just the sound of the heater coming on to keep me company.
No child asking me to turn on Aristocats or go fetch her waffles and a smoothie.
I don't know how long it will last, and yes, she did wake us up at 2:45 this morning, but it's still a very nice, quiet sound and I treasure it.
And of course, in this nice, calm environment, I can think of nothing to write about.
Oh, wait. There she is.
Well, I'm off to grab a waffle, etc., and I hope you all have a great Friday. I'm going to make mine better by not stressing about not having a good blog post for today. Life happens.
